I actually stopped reading it halfway, but the message was loud and clear: Try before you commit. Product market fit sounds like a point you need to reach, and it’s exactly that, except it’s invisible. Most people don’t know that it’s invisible, they think they have the product market fit area circled, but a circle doesn’t help you find the invisible, you need to sense it.
