Transfer You're considered a transfer student if you attended an accredited college or university after your high school graduation (but not including the summer immediately following your graduation). U.S. high school students who are ranked in the top 10 percent of their high school class or who have a GPA of 3.50 or better (on 4.0 scale) are assured admission to Washington State University. Is the 3.5 GPA based on a weighted or unweighted calculation? WSU uses the cumulative unweighted GPA, based on a 4.0 scale.

A complete application includes the application form, an official high school transcript, and test scores for the SAT or ACT (sent directly from the testing agency).
