Check it out. You’ll Need: 2 tsps of ground cinnamon. ¼ tsp of ground red pepper. ¼ tsp of ground cardamom. 2 tsps of canola oil. 1 cup of raw pecan halves. ½ cup of raw shelled pumpkin seeds. 6 tbsps of light brown sugar. ½ tsp of salt. 1 egg white. 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce. ½ cup of raw whole almonds. How to: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, ground red pepper and ground cardamom. In a second bowl, mix the egg white, oil and worcestershire sauce until the mixture is frothy. Stir in the nuts, pumpkin seeds and sugar mixture to coat. In a sprayed baking sheet, spread the nut mixture and bake in a preheated oven to 350° for 10 minutes. Stir the nuts to break apart and return to the oven. Bake at 300° for 10 minutes then break again. Enjoy! Simple, easy and spicy!

The flavor is SPOT ON!! :) AND. You guys. Making homemade funnel cakes from scratch is so easy. BUT you can also totally use a funnel cake mix too! Here’s how easy they are to make from scratch. Then with a mixer, beat together the eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla. For easier dispensing, I put my batter in a clean ketchup bottle. I just poured it right in using a funnel. You could also use a squirt bottle, a piping bag (like for frosting) or a ziploc bag with a small tip cut off. Now add about 1 inch of vegetable or canola oil to a large pot with high sides and heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Now slowly pipe the batter into the oil in a long, straight line. Immediately sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve!! ~Fried Mozzarella Corn Fritters! | Oh Bite It.
