Deux ans après un premier essai enregistré dans les conditions du live qui l’avait révélée et très simplement appelé Izia, la jeune chanteuse revient en force avec So Much Trouble, collection de chansons à nouveau polies avec son acolyte Sébastien Hoog. Des titres beaucoup plus pops que leurs prédécesseurs, Izia l’a voulu ainsi. Des titres qui dérouteront les sceptiques qui soupçonnaient Izia de ne compter parfois que sur l’énergie de sa jeunesse. Cette énergie, parce que c’est son histoire aussi, elle la rappelle pourtant dès le morceau d’ouverture du disque, Baby : départ absolument rock et canon, mais qui laisse très vite la voie libre à So Much Trouble et Twenty Times a Day, petites merveilles de songwriting extatiques et décomplexées (écoutez donc les violons de Twenty Times a day).
