Google is revamping the way it assigns the AdWords Quality Score for PPC ads. It’s too early in the game to say how drastic the results of this algorithm change will be to advertisers, but it’s obvious that Google wants to increase quality in every department, from search results to AdWords. What’s the deal about Google Quality Scores If you’re new to AdWords, then you might not know much about the AdWords Quality Score. There’s also some great tools now available through Google Adword Extensions . The good news for advertisers who purchase PPC ads through Google is that, while Quality Scores have generally lowered over time, the savings on clicks have grown. Google's boasting there's more breathing room with pixels focusing on more space for the knowledge graph features. Before you would find your additional search options on the left hand side of the search results, now you'll find them above the search results. There's even some more advanced tools for browsing, including options like: sites with images, related searches, visited pages, not visited yet, nearby, and even broken down more on a local level by area of the search.
