Parmesan Zucchini Sticks Recipe. 20 minute oven roasted zucchini that are low in carbs, fat & calories. And did I mention they are delicious?! It’s zucchini season…in Mexico. The recipe is super easy. Then you slice zucchinis in half and lay on a baking sheet skin side down.
