Greetings Donalda School community,

For the past couple of years I have used a program called Storify to create my weekly newsletters. In a couple of months, this program will cease and I am in the process of trying to find a suitable replacement.

The program I am trying this week is called Pearltrees. All of the information is in mini blocks. You need to click on the first block and then use the right and left arrows to scroll through the blocks.

Schools and work sites throughout Clearview Public Schools have now implemented a new incident response system, Hour Zero, which will help ensure all staff and students are supported and safe. Incident planning covers a large spectrum of possible emergency situations including fire, intruders in the schools, and environmental events. DURING ANY INCIDENT, OUR FIRST PRIORITY IS THE SAFETY OF OUR STUDENTS AND STAFF. The Plan works in conjunction with other local response plans, since a school incident could require the involvement of numerous agencies. There is an on-site incident response team at each school, along with a Clearview-based Incident Response Team that provides support and aid to schools at time of an incident.

Although standardized protocols and procedures provide the basis for our response, the way in which we respond to an emergency is greatly influenced by the specifics of an incident. @DonStartRight #donsch ROAR!!Herbivore, carnivores fossils, stencils adventure begins… We finished our houses of straw.
