Frequently the best part of formal events like conferences are the informal conversations that occur in the hallways. How are the session topics decided upon? Who runs each session? What makes a great unconference ? The Law of Two Feet: "If you find yourself in a situation where you are not contributing or learning, use your two feet and move somewhere where you can. " Submitting Ideas No attendee must suggest issues, but anyone may do so.
After the unconference room is organized and the idea is matched with an appropriate format, attendees will take ownership of the session. Remember, don’t feel as though you need to prepare a great deal.
