The first of 12 aircraft EgyptAir has on order will be delivered to the airline in the coming weeks. EgyptAir's A220 will offer passengers with superior comfort, its innovative cabin design will have the widest economy seats of any single-aisle aircraft and panoramic windows for more natural light. The aircraft is outfitted with a brand new cabin layout of 134 seats, will now enter its final phase of completion before being delivered to the airline.

Services, support and a flight simulator are also included in the contract as part of the process to modernise Portuguese Air Force capabilities to support national Armed Forces operations and increase readiness in missions of public interest. Deliveries are slated to begin in 2023. Portugal is the biggest international partner of the KC-390 programme. The Brazilian National Aviation Agency (ANAC) has given the Civil Certification to KC-390 in 2018 and is now in full serial production. 23 August 2019: Quantum Air has signed a purchase deposit agreement for 22 of its all-electric four-seat eFlyer 4s and 2 two-seat eFlyer 2 airplanes from Bye Aerospace.

Asiana Airlines signs comprehensive component support contract with Lufthansa Technik AG Airlines. 21 August 2019: Asiana Airlines has signed an agreement with Lufthansa Technik AG for a comprehensive component support. According to the terms of the new agreement, Lufthansa Technik will provide Total Component Support for the entire fleet of Airbus A320 family aircraft, including the A321neo version joining the fleet in the future. The ten-year contract began in July 2019 and covers a maximum of 79 aircraft. The contract has the provision for being converted from an integrated Total Component Support agreement including pooling to a Total Component Maintenance (TCM) closed-loop component repair and overhaul support in the mid-term.

20 August 2019: Duncan Aviation will now offer NDT mobile services for aircraft operators. Duncan Aviation's in-house NDT teams provide eddy current, fluorescent penetrant, ultrasonics, and magnetic particle inspections on all makes and model aircraft, including helicopters. Duncan Aviation's capabilities consist of authorised Dassault NDT in the Western Hemisphere. There are only a few facilities that have been trained and authorised to meet the stringent Falcon NDT requirements.

To ensure proficiency, Dassault limits the number of Falcon NDT technicians that are certified. There are 22 Dassault-certified NDT technicians in the Western Hemisphere and five come from Duncan Aviation. Collins Aerospace to support F-35 and CH-47F fleets for Royal Netherlands Air Force Defence. 20 August 2019: Collins Aerospace Systems will be maintaining the F-35 and CH-47F fleets of the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) by providing local field service engineers, test capabilities and the first F-35 global pilot readiness centre.

Recently, the company signed a multi-platform letter of intent with the RNLAF to offer support at both Soesterberg and Woensdrecht Air Base, The Netherlands.
