The Cool Hunter - Welcome
Over the past seven years, at our creative agency, Access , we have worked with a number of residential and commercial property developers from Abu Dhabi to Sydney, helping them with development and strategy. Yet we see so often the sad sight of yet another mediocre building going up. We see city councils approving mediocre design and we see cities looking uglier because of it. We see property developers rushing to get their building up, wanting to make a quick sale and profit, and not really caring or thinking about the aesthetics of the building.

Being a luxury brand with long history, L’Occitane values simple goods from nature, as well as to preserve and to carry on, which they believe this gives the brand its life force. The new cosmetic collection, Bloom, is to celebrate the beauty of nature through the form of their products and through the use of natural ingredients; inspired by nature, the packaging of Bloom contains an element of surprise.

For some reason I find the top-down photographs the most compelling, as they literally broaden—or is that heighten—your perspective, showing you things you'd recognize from the ground but would have no opportunity to see from above. (Or in the case of the moth scales, at such magnification.)

Lorenzo Nanni is a textile artist living and working in Paris. His handmade fiber sculptures are inspired by organic matter and living forms. He reinterprets images of botany and anatomy through traditional embroidery and haute couture techniques, using natural materials and minerals. Creatures and hybrid plants, skins, organs, landscapes, and symbols are transformed into a visceral and fantastic universe.
One of the best features of the WordPress could be the conditional tags . It allows you to tell the code to act differently in specific situations . For example, you can check if the user is using Windows or Mac, and display different content based on the systems. You can also redirect to post if search query only returns single result.
