Ce mercredi, c’est chasse au gaspi. Depuis un an jour pour jour, la mobilisation suscitée par la lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire est inédite en France. Profitons de la première journée nationale de la lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire pour revenir sur trois initiatives dont le rôle social et l'utilité publique restent encore méconnus.
