14-day Eating Plan. It’s best to begin on a weekend, when you have more time on your hands to get everything ready. Plus, you won’t feel so stressed or rushed, which means you’ll be less likely to succumb to a quick coffee or a mid-afternoon chocolate bar. Feel free to swap meals around (have theDay 1 breakfast on Day 2, for example), but try to keep to the prescribed meals.

Once you’ve completed the 14-day plan and moved on to the maintenance stage, you can introduce greater variety into your diet.
