Mais là, l’autre soir, à un dîner, mes deux amis, le garçon et la fille, avec des cœurs sur le pull over, habillés de la même manière, le fait que ça n’empêchait nullement, au contraire, de voir qui était le garçon et qui était la fille, et même, devrais-je dire, qui était l’homme et qui était la femme, tout ça me met en joie. C’est pas l’androgynie que je recherche dans cette attitude, c’est une accaparation subtile, quelque chose de beau qui dit aussi tout l’amour qu’on a pour le sexe opposé. C’est fou comme on supporte facilement qu’une femme emprunte au vestiaire masculin et comme on crie tout de suite comme un oursin (hein, les oursins crient pas ?)

If you’re in New York for the holidays, what’s nice to do in the neighborhood is to go to Maryam’s, then go check Narnia, a really cool vintage store. Then you can make a stop at Schiller’s, a delicious yet a little bit over trendy restaurant (which is exactly what you want when you visit a city) that gets a little bit too crowded during the weekend (brunch nightmaaaare !), but is totally cool during the week ! A sleeveless, a short sleeved, a quarter sleeved, a long sleeved, a spaghetti strap, a silk chiffon, a silk satin, oh the list can go on.

Raf Simons n’a pas fini de faire parler de lui dans la maison Jil Sander, la collection Printemps-Été 2012 actuellement en boutique étant son avant dernière collection au sein de la marque allemande. La griffe du designer se ressent dans les moindres détails, les matières, le contraste du noir et de la couleur, les coupes élaborées mais très simples d’apparence. On retiendra un mélange d’influences, entre les années 90 avec les mailles colorées, les accessoires techniques et les matières, contrebalancées avec des coupes rappelant les années 50. Des contrastes et des paradoxes pour une collection pleine d’allure et de précision.
