The Moray 3d modeller is a program which allows POV-Ray scenes to be created using a graphical interface. Some time ago POV-Ray obtained the rights to Moray . We are still working on this program in order to release it under the GPL3 - since it contained some commercial source code that could not be released as Free software, we have to re-write or replace those portions. In the meantime, though, you can use the formerly shareware version of Moray for free.
