Centre National de Ressources Textuelles et Lexicales. M-KOPA Solark, Kenya Energy Solutions. PlantZAfrica.com Homepage. Plant Biodiversity of South-Western Morocco. The site presents especially the vascular plants of the South-Western Morocco where since 1971 a lot of scientific missions were carried out. The recording of biocenoses of the South Western Morocco has been the subject of numerous publications over the past years (Peltier, 1982; El Aboudi 1990 and 2000; F. Msanda 1993 and 2004). The site primarily relates to the following geographical divisions of Morocco: Atlantic Morocco (Abda/Haha, Souss), High Atlas (Ida-ou-Tanane), Anti-Atlas (Western Anti-Atlas, Kest and central Anti-Atlas) and Saharan Morocco (Western desert and the Sahara).
The plant biodiversity of the South Western Morocco reflects the biogeographic heterogeneity where mediterranean, tropical, succulent and endemic taxa coexist. The argan tree [Argania spinosa (L.) Skeels (Sapotaceae)] is an endemic of south western Morocco appreciated for its edible, high nutritional oil, extracted from the kernels of the drupe-like fruit. Jean-Paul Peltier. 16 Things Libyans Will Never See Again. Cross post FDL mir = vector56 Future Libyans may look back and thank America, Britain and France for freeing them from that evil socialist Moammar Gadhafi.
Now like us they will know all the benefits and wonders of the “free market”. In Gadhafi’s Libya: 1. There is no electricity bill in Libya; electricity is free for all its citizens. 2. There is no interest on loans, banks in Libya are state-owned and loans given to all its citizens at 0% interest by law. 3.
Add to the above Women were full and equal participants in Libyan society. “Charley Wilson’s war” all over again! Agreed, Gaddafi was no angle; but compare him to what our government has done in our name in Vietnam, Central and South America, the Middle East and (soon to come) Africa he sure looks like something other than the two dimensional bad guy our corporate media is working overtime to make him. What you don’t know about Gadaffi: Imperialism and Resources?

FIPS-Africa is a “not-for-profit” company committed to improving the crop productivity of small-scale farmers in sub-Saharan Africa. It does this through the dissemination of the appropriate farm inputs, and information on their most effective utilisation. Need for FIPS-Africa The majority of small-scale farmers have less than 1 ha of land, and are unable to produce enough food on their farms to meet the needs of their families. FIPS-Africa’s methodology FIPS-Africa staff work with farmers to help them to identify the constraints to improving food production, and offer them the most appropriate solutions to help them overcome those constraints. Constraints: include diseases (e.g.maize streak virus), poor soil fertility (phosphorus and nitrogen deficiency), and poor crop management (2-3 seeds/planting hole). FIPS-Africa’s impact FIPS-Africa’s ultimate aim is to help farmers produce enough food for their families.
