Experts recommend walking 10,000 steps per day for maximum health benefits, but any increase in daily activity will have you on your way to better health and reduce the risk of many diseases. Keeping up to date is easy; you can do it by e-mail every day, or manually enter steps on the website. You can also wear the pedometer for several days without resetting it, then when you enter the total number of steps, indicate the days you wore the pedometer and the steps will be averaged out. Don't forget to reset the pedometer after entering your data!
