This is a partial list of the many, many spelling rules. Please keep in mind that there are exceptions to every rule. There are also many words that are non-phonetic and do not follow any rules.

Fun Fonix is a phonics series that is designed to move quickly through phonics rules and is ideal or teachers with limited time for phonics instruction but for teachers or parents who also want to provide an adequate amount of practice. The vocabulary is designed for young learners and encourages reading by quick acknowledgement of what they've read.
