For the Moments and Musings that Stick
I've been hooked on K&Company Smash since I first heard about it. We've experienced that many of the customers love the books and the concept behind it, but they're not quite sure how to start Smashing, or they just need some new ideas. That's why I made a class where people could bring their books and stuff they wanted to Smash. I started off by telling about how I Smash, what inspires me etc., and then I handed out goodie bags with stuff I love to use when Smashing (papers, chipboards, die-cuts, stickers etc.) and people started creating. It was so much fun to listen to people telling about how they Smash and what they use (or want to use) their Smash books for. One of them is making a Smash book about her son, who was just sent from Denmark to Afghanistan as a soldier.
Record Cover A design for a record cover for the New Jersey based band My Chemical Romance . The cover reflects the band's conflict between life and death, love and desperation by still being positive, dark with a touch of colours, like the EMO* style. My idea was to show a preemie as these new lives are on the edge of life and death and ideally the result of great love.

So... Hier gibt's nun also die Anleitung zum Selberbauen eines Bett-Kopfteils. Eigentlich ist das gar nicht so schwer, vielleicht ein bisschen aufwendig, aber mit Platz, Zeit, Geduld und den richtigen Werkzeugen sollte das jeder hinbekommen. Als allererstes braucht ihr eine Vorstellung davon, wie euer Kopfteil aussehen soll. Es empfiehlt sich, eine sehr genaue maßstabsgerechte Zeichnung anzufertigen, in der alle Maße ordentlich vermerkt werden.
