PIRACETAM DOSAGE - Why you should be taking 4.8 grams / dose. There seems to be quite a bit of misconception regards what dosage you should be taking of PIRACETAM, in that there appears to be far too many people taking very low dosages of PIRACETAM and then wondering "WHY DOESN'T IT WORK?”.

PIRACETAM DOSAGE - Why you should be taking 4.8 grams / dose

Therefore, I thought I’d post this thread to help increase the number of people benefitting from this wonderful NOOTROPIC. With regards to PIRACETAM dosage you should be taking individual doses of no less than 4.8 GRAMS PER DOSE; and a TOTAL DAILY DOSAGE of 9.6 GRAMS (or more) There exists conclusive substantiated evidence that demonstrates this; as well as the fact that lower doses are either wholly ineffective or provide significantly reduced efficacy. For example, see the following: Neuropsychobiology. 1993;28(4):212-21. Single doses of piracetam affect 42-channel event-related potential microstate maps in a cognitive paradigm. How I got piracetam to work for me. Greetings everyone.

How I got piracetam to work for me

I've been experimenting with various nootropics since november of last year, beginning with simple choline bitartrate and inositol for very mild social anxiety, before I was even aware of what nootropics were, or that they even existed. As everyone here should, I do a lot of research on anything I put into my body before doing so, and thus stumbled upon this site in my research of choline, discovering its nootropic qualities.

I quickly became enamored with nootropics, particularly the racetams, and have spend many hours every day since then in my down time researching, assimilating and digesting information regarding them. I ordered and indulged in my first trial with piracetam in early december, after using choline with great success on its own for several weeks. The first day I tried piracetam was incredible. I tried consuming my piracetam with l-glutamate, the result of which was a lifting in mood. Any long term (6+ months) daily users of Racetams or other Nootropics out there? Care to post your stories? : Nootropics. Piracetam - How to get all the benefits from it.

We got a few results today on the effects of piracetam and vision.

Piracetam - How to get all the benefits from it

The results, showed that the glutamate increase in the synapses; (released in controlled amounts); showed that people experienced a higher perception of colour and detail who had normal and slightly higher glutamate levels in the brain. The calcium ion channels (Ca + ions) were responsible for the release of the glutamate neurotransmitter. The study showed that people with TOO MUCH Calcium in their neurons and post-synaptic space, experienced dulled/ normal perception of colour an detail; the same goes for the people who had TOO LITTLE Calcium in their brain.

It is like the 'U' shaped curve with experienced with Piracetam dosage. Piracetam controls the release of Ca+ ions and glutamates in the brain, like previous studies have concluded, a dosage of 4.8 grams secretes the right amount of glutamate in the brain and regulates the Calcium ion channels. The conclusions made, were based on this report. PIRACETAM DOSAGE - Why you should be taking 4.8 grams / dose. Why Piracetam doesn't Work for some people. Piracetam (this includes all racetams) needs additional supplements to be fully effective.[1] Even in the scientific community, people used to be confused of its mechanism of action.

Why Piracetam doesn't Work for some people

Now we have research that hasn't been discussed that will help us add additional supplements to increase its effects. Mechanism Piracetam works via AMPA receptors. AMPA receptors need the adrenal glands for signal transmission.[2] This means piracetam can be enhanced (or actually made "work") by things that also simulate adrenal function. Adrenal stimulation is why people often load piracetam until they see benefits. The adrenal glands influence the brain in a way to release more glutamate in the brain via potassium. Piracetam's Side effects The side effects of piracetam are very serious, and also very common among people who report it to be working. Since piracetam works by activating AMPA receptors it can cause lowered adrenal gland function. Synergistics: Creatine MCT Oil 2 3 4 5 6.
