Cost per GB NOTE: So far we only considered plans either postpaid or prepaid that offer monthly access. New RM48 broadband package from Celcom - MalaysianWireless. Update 1(Aug 11, 5pm): Clarification from Celcom- With reference to the press release entitled “Celcom Broadband Introduces New Entry Package to Encourage Higher Broadband Penetration Rate” issued on Wednesday, 4 August 2010, we would like to retract the second sentence on the last paragraph that states “To improve browsing experience, Celcom has also installed local caching in collaboration with Google and Akamai.” due to the confidentiality of the subject matter. Correction: Broadband Basic offers a 3GB monthly quota, not 5GB Celcom has introduced a new broadband package called Broadband Entry at RM48 per month for 1GB with speeds up to 384Kbps.
Also, current Broadband Basic users who has been paying RM68 per month for 384Kbps will now enjoy faster speed up to 512Kbps and 3GB5Gb monthly quota. After about a year, lot of things happened and some goes awful and some goes really handy and better. The last review I did the reviews on these BSP (Broadband Service Provider) is on 27 July 2010 and readers keep mailing me , “When you gonna update the score?”.

After signup the salesgirl told me it will take 2 days to ship the modem to me so i decide to self collect at P1TSTOP HQ at Bayan Bay Penang. Until today its been 4 days im using P1 and average the average speed i observe to be 0.5-1.5mbps. very hard to reach 2mbps as they promise. My worry is most of the P1 user start complaining after 3-4months of usage. Added on July 24, 2012, 6:20 pm QUOTE(rhoyo @ Nov 10 2011, 02:25 PM) technically YES is suitable for online gaming ..
