Creation of semen in Quran

Semen. Spermatozoa, in this case human, are a primary component in normal semen, and the agents of fertilization of the female ova Semen, also known as seminal fluid, is an organic fluid that may contain spermatozoa.

Semen

It is secreted by the gonads (sexual glands) and other sexual organs of male or hermaphroditic animals and can fertilize female ova. In humans, seminal fluid contains several components besides spermatozoa: proteolytic and other enzymes as well as fructose are elements of seminal fluid which promote the survival of spermatozoa, and provide a medium through which they can move or "swim". Semen is produced and originates from the seminal vesicle, which is located in the pelvis. The process that results in the discharge of semen is called ejaculation. Physiological aspects Internal and external fertilization During internal fertilization, however, fertilization occurs inside the female's sexual organs. Composition of human semen The components and contributions of semen are as follows: The Creation of Semen. Semen is not made up of just sperm and does not come completely from the testes.

The Creation of Semen

Instead it comes from four different glands. The seminal vesicles are responsible for the production of 60% of the fluids in semen with the prostate glad producing 30%. The last 10% comes half from the testes and half from the bulbourethral glands. All these things, including sperm cells from the epididymides, come together and mix in the urethra forming the semen. The fluids getting moved from their respective glands into the urethra is known as emissions. The bulbourethral glands as well as the mucus gland in the urethra create and release a “mucous secretion just before ejaculation” (Seeley, 2008, p. 1045).

From the testes comes the sperm cells, some fluids, and the metabolic by-products. The secretions from the prostate glad have a high pH which is yet another fluid helping to reduce the acidity of the urethra and the vagina. Seeley, R. Surat At-Tariq [86:5-7] Loading...

Sahih International So let man observe from what he was created. He was created from a fluid, ejected, Qur'an and Semen Production (Qur'an 86:7) Qur'an 86:7 says that sperm originates from the backbones and the ribs, a theory similiar to another erroneous theory proposed by Hippocrates in 5th century BC (1000 years before Islam).

Qur'an and Semen Production (Qur'an 86:7)

Hippocrates taught that semen comes from all the fluid in the body, diffusing from the brain into the spinal marrow, before passing through the kidneys and via the testicles into the penis.[1] This article analyzes the Qur'anic idea of semen production from between the sulb and the tara’ib. Introduction[edit] Many individuals have promulgated the Qur'anic idea of semen production from between the sulb and the tara’ib. This has led to several distinct classes of explanations provided by them. Surah 86:7[edit] Arabic: يخرج من بين الصلب والترائب Transliteration: Yakhruju min bayni alssulbi waalttara-ibi Literal: It emerges/appears from between the spine and the rib bones.[3] Yusuf Ali: proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs.

Pickthal: that issued from between the loins and ribs.
