Thierry Nabeth. I am a senior research scientist, and a doctoral candidate at University Paris Sud, Faculté Jean Monet - RITM (Réseau, Innovation, Territoires & Mondialisation). I previously worked at ORT Innovation in Paris, and AtoS Research and Innovation in Barcelona, Spain, after having work many years at INSEAD CALT (the Centre for Advanced Learning Technologies) as a senior research fellow. My research is related to the application of advanced information technologies (in particular agent enhanced, personalized, collaborative digital environments and knowledge management systems) to support new forms of learning (experiential learning, learning communities, human factors and knowledge dissemination), and new models of organisations (agile, distributed and knowledge intensive organisations). I have been involved in a variety of European research projects related to the design of intelligent learning systems, advanced knowledge management systems.
