It sounded too mechanical to call this a “framework” or a “model,” but we wanted to share a useful structure for guiding your work in making your organization more human. So we called it a “trellis,” that can support the unique growth patterns and needs of your organization. It shows how the four human elements (Open, Trustworthy, Generative, and Courageous) interact with the three layers of organizational activity (Culture, Process/Structure, and Behavior).
