While I share the enthusiasm, as most of us shake off the hangovers and get back to work this week, I make some less sensational but more sober thoughts on 3 trends in healthcare tech drawing on analogies from other industries. 1. E-scheduling: Zocdoc.com (and healthaware.ca in Canada) are two of the first major players in this space and the $50 million additional round of funding for Zocdocs shows how much room there is to grow in this space.
