IRON MAN 3 will Include Iron Patriot Armor. Thanks to Super Hero Hype we have confirmation that the red, white and blue Iron Patriot armor will make an appearence in Iron Man 3. What we don't know is, who will be wearing it. The armor made its first appearance in 2009's "Dark Avengers" #1. Following the events of the "Secret Invasion" crossover, Norman Osborn was mistakenly heralded as an American hero and tasked with leading a group of government-sanctioned Avengers. Taking the technology from Stark Industries, Osborn designed his suit to represent the then-recently-deceased Captain America. Since Osborn is part of Spider-Man, which is owned by Sony Pictures, we know that they'll be changing up the story a bit to fit Marvel's movie universe. But it's safe to say that a different chracter will be wearing the suit in the movie. It will definitly be cool to see this suit brought to life on the big screen.

Avengers director Joss Whedon is officially attached to direct a S.H.I.E.L.D. pilot for ABC that he will co-write with his brother Jed and Maurissa Tancharoen. We now have a few more details on the series to share with you. On Tuesday night Whedon moderated a Q & A at the Writers Guild Theater with Sleepwalk with Me filmmakers Mike Birbiglia and Ira Glass. While he was there he said that "the storyline for the proposed series will be largely 'autonomous' from the Avengers sequel feature that is also in the works. " And that the story "will revolve around the activities of the top-secret S.H.I.E.L.D espionage org featured in Avengers.
" If ABC ends up ordering up a full series, Jed and Tancharoen, who worked on Whedon's classic series Firefly, will serve as showrunners/executive producers on the Avengers inspired series. Marvel's Secret 2014 Movie has Been Revealed! For those of you who have been anxiously waiting to find out what the secret Marvel movie is for 2014, we finally have the answer for you thanks to our friends at Latino Review, and it's not disappointing at all. Marvel is developing Guardians of the Galaxy! This was one of those Marvel properties that was definitely in the running, and it's not really surprising that it ended up being one of the films.
Just a few days ago we learned that Marvel filed eleven new trademark applications for the film property, so we knew it was coming. Then before that, Marvel president Kevin Feige talked about the adaptation confirming that the movie would portray the modern incarnation of the team, which includes such intergalactic superheroes as Star-Lord, Drax the Destroyer, Gamora, Groot and Rocket Raccoon. This even helps explain the end credits scene in The Avengers with Thanos a little better, because Thanos will be in Guardians of the Galaxy!

MTV Geek revealed the concept art and talked with Editor Tom Brevoort who discussed the redesign of the character. I'm not really sure if I like it or not. The approach and the thought was very simple: we wanted to modernize Cap’s outfit so as to reflect the gear worn by actual soldiers, to convey that sense of the character visually.
