General Electric has created an online whiteboard designed for instant collaboration online with no registration required. You can easily invite others to join your session via email or IM. The whiteboard tools include free draw, lines, shapes, stamps, and text, and even though collaborating with this thing would be KILLER from a tablet PC, it's still pretty useful as an instant collaboration space from any computer.

This is a clever tool, and one that would work well on training courses for example. You provide a URL of the page that you want and then InFocus pulls a copy of it for you to play with. You then highlight the bit that you're interested in and the rest of the page is greyed out. You then have a URL that you can share with other people.
