metaMeerkat is my online username and I am also known in virtual worlds as Alanagh Recreant, after the first avatar created in Second Life. I am the Co-Founder of a social innovations company in South Africa called Uthango Social Investments, and very active in social networks to advocate for social justice. There are a few pet projects I am working on that will surface when the time and resources align. I love to build online communities that add value and make life rich and meaningful.
