Anguistralobe Pendant. Victorian Rotating Triple Locket. SKELETON WATCH NECKLACE. Wesla Bay Weller, UncommonGoods, Jewelry Contest, Music, Instruments, Necklace. Symbolic Love UncommonGoods proudly presents the winner of the first Uncommon Jewelry Challenge. Chosen from over 225 entries, designer Wesla Bay Weller's piece hit a high note with our community for taking an upbeat approach to recycling. Possessing a desire to work with recycled materials, Wesla struck upon the idea of using discarded and broken drum cymbals and guitar strings to create a one-of-a-kind pendant with heart. To Wesla, musical instruments have more than one story to tell the world: Craftspeople shaped the instruments; musicians dreamed with them; and listeners cherished those dreams. The Cymbal of Love Pendant serves as a personal talisman for the musician, the music-lover or any style-savvy person with an eye for the extraordinary. The heart is made from repurposed broken cymbals made of a bronze alloy of copper and tin.

CALLA LILY PENDANT NECKLACE

This necklace translates that beauty into an even more lasting medium: handcrafted copper. Metal artist Alexis Archibald forms recycled copper with a rich patina into the familiar, coiled shape of the calla blossom. Inside is another copper petal that is hand enameled a dusty shade of turquoise. The pendant is suspended from a black, nylon-coated sterling filled wire, which gives it a fresh, contemporary look. Exclusively at UncommonGoods. Check out Alexis' Calla Lily Earrings Here. Handmade Nature-Inspired Jewelry. Handmade Nature-Inspired Jewelry

Rolling ridges extend out to the horizon, wrapped in mist, and the carpet of pine needles perfumes the air as you walk. On the forest floor you spot one of nature's gems: a tiny, perfect pinecone. Jewelry artist Nancy Nelson celebrates that woodland symbol of rebirth and enlightenment in this transcendent necklace. The brass pendant, with its painted blue patina, is hand cast from an actual, delicate pinecone collected from Swallow Falls State Park in Maryland. Silver & Handmade Glass. RAINDROP IN OVAL NECKLACE - STERLING SILVER. Glass Sterling Silver Pendant Necklace. CatherineWeitzman Catherine Weitzman has been creating her signature line of silver, gold and glass jewelry for the past six years.

Glass Sterling Silver Pendant Necklace

Her inspiration emerges from her own innate sense of organic stye, her love and respect for the ocean and her extensive world travels. It was during these travels that Catherine started honing her design skills, and had the good fortune to study hand-in-hand with traditional artisans from many of the exotic locales that, for periods of time, became home.

In addition to apprenticing with metalsmiths at the Scuola Lorenzo di Medici in Florence, this group of mentors included the silversmiths of the Sahara, bamboo whittlers from Indonesia and the creators of precious metal clay in Tokyo. Drawing equally from each of these experiences, Catherine developed her own unique process and style of glass fabrication. Catherine and Scott design with a sense of fun and a love of life.
