Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe : Alton Brown. Alton Brown is by far the best chef I've ever found.
His recipes are easy to follow and stick to mostly uniform package sizes. Unfortunately, having made this peanut butter fudge-like candy, I found that there are a couple of things that need a little adjustment. I just made a double batch again and here's what I found... Use 17 ounces of peanut butter in a double batch instead of 16 ounces (two cups). Oreo Peppermint Bark… Joel and I sort of have an unhealthy addiction to Oreos.
