I love this recipe because it is so easy (Fia could do this by herself), economical (most expensive ingredient was the Texas Toast at $2), & oh-so-delicious! The best part is that it is made the day before so there is no fuss on the day you consume it....perfect for a Sunday afternoon or brunch. This food post will be step-by-step as I take you through the entire recipe with me...as I like to make my own tweeks & people get mad at me for not telling them EXACTLY what I did. *My additions to the recipe will be in red* Before I begin....I must note that I was making a double batch (two 9 x 13 pans) so the pictures have double the ingredients.

You Know, The One We Keep In The Mirror. We bring him over to this giant mirror in the hallway and he goes berserk, he paws at the “other” baby, kicks his legs, squeals and laughs. It cracks us up too. Babies: they’re so cute when they’re kinda confused! It took us a few weeks to realize how sad this game actually is. Or more accurately, what I didn’t make: baked eggs and busy stratas and quiche and baked French toast and winter fruit salads and anything involving jam on bread or plates and forks. I was a little dubious about the intersection of mozzarella and eggs — I had a very awful omelet with that combo, plus basil, a few years ago — and I was also convinced that the eggs would roll right off the crust but ended up finding this pizza absolutely, utterly perfect in every way.

It. is. so. good. I found it last night while searching for a make-ahead recipe for breakfast (I'm trying to get as much done the night before as possible so I can get all my exercising in early....which is a good thing cuz this ain't no diet-friendly recipe!). I started searching Pinterest for overnight breakfasts, but then thought, "Oooh, I bet P-Dub has something good on her site! " I was not disappointed. I told my kids this morning that we were trying a new recipe from Pioneer Woman. And it is. Really good. Like, make you wanna slap yo'self good. Ingredients:1 loaf sourdough bread (I used Pepperidge Farm, 1.5 pound loaf) 8 eggs 2 cups milk (I used 1%) 1/2 cup heavy cream 3/4 cup sugar 2 Tbsp. vanilla Topping: 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1 stick cold butter, cut into pieces (1/4 lb.) 1. The RWoPer that inspired me to make this wreath is known as "Steelmom". For me, her nickname has always been perfect for her, since she is someone I admire for being a hard working mother inside and outside of the home. She must be made of steel to do all that she does, working full time as a sales representative for a steel mill, raising a family, and not to mention creating the most beautiful hand painted ornaments.
