AXA Achievement Community Scholarship program Every AXA Advisors branch office nationwide distributes up to twelve $2,000 scholarships to high school seniors who live and attend high school in their area, creating educational opportunities in communities across the United States.
Who is eligible to apply? Applicants to the AXA Achievement Community Scholarship must: Eligible students are encouraged to apply for both the Achievement and Community scholarships, but a student may receive only one of these AXA-sponsored scholarships. When to apply The Achievement scholarship application period opens in the the Fall The 2015 program will kick off in October 2014. Discus Award Nominations. CelebrAsian Conference - US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC) The applicant must provide the following items in the order below: Download the scholarship application form, complete it and attach a 2” x 2” high resolution headshot photo (scanned pictures will not be accepted); staple the upper right corner of the photo in the photo area of the applicationAdditional attachment, if necessary, describing extracurricular activities, academic honors, and community service activities (maximum 2 pages) An essay of 500 words on “Why Should I Be Awarded this Scholarship?”
