BURLINGTON, Mass., – July 12, 2012 – Nuance Communications, Inc. today announced the winners of its “I Speak Dragon!”
Contest, which encouraged users of its Dragon desktop applications, namely Dragon NaturallySpeaking and Dragon Dictate for Mac, to share personal stories about how the world’s most popular speech recognition solution has transformed their lives. This year Nuance received stories from hundreds of customers throughout the U.S., including parents, grandparents, students, teachers, professionals, comedians, doctors and case workers, just to name a few. In five hundred words or less, or in the form of a short video, they told tales of how Dragon has enriched their lives, giving people their independence, the ability to work, an enhanced self-esteem, or even a way to preserve their family history.
