CUBITT
Cubitt Gallery is pleased to announce that Jamie Stevens has been appointed as the eighth Cubitt Curatorial Bursary Holder. Jamie is currently Exhibitions & Events Organiser at Chisenhale Gallery and is co-editor of publishing project Benedictions . Jamie's programme will start in the autumn. Cubitt's Curatorial Bursary supports young curators testing out their vision and practice over an 18-month period. Previous bursary holders include Emily Pethick (Director, The Showroom); Polly Staple (Director, Chisenhale Gallery); David Bussel (independent curator), Tom Morton (co-curator, British Art Show 7), Bart van der Heide (Director, Kunstverein Munich); and MIchelle Cotton (Senior Curator, firstsite Colchester). Current Bursary Holder Fiona Parry's programme continues with Nina Canell, Into the Eyes as Ends of Hair open until 4 May, and Redmond Entwistle's Walk-Through opening on 10 May.
