Echoes of a Dream: Bags and a free unicorn pattern. Thank you so much to everyone who read my last post on children's books and to those that sent emails too. It was lovely to hear from you all and to read about your favourite titles too. I'd say that Anne of Green Gables and the Little House books were probably the most popular amongst you all. Well, it's been a pretty shitty week weather-wise I'm afraid. It seems to have rained, bucketed or drizzled, non stop since Wednesday morning and it's been cold and grey too. Both bags are a mixture of vintage William Morris fabric and linen. And this is the other side of the bag on the right: Both bags are lined with linen on the inside and the outer fabric is interfaced.

I'm going to make a couple more just to prove that I can make them in a shorter time! What else have I been up to? Place the ball chain along the leather cording with the end of the chain meeting the end of the wrap. Continue wrapping while checking it for fit around the wrist. When you have reached the end of the ball chain wrap the linen cording around the leather strands 2-3 more times. Thread the hex nut through the strands and tie a second knot. Trim with scissors and your wrap bracelet is finished!!
