The National Association of Care Catering. West Sussex County Council: Meals on Wheels. The Meals on Wheels service in West Sussex is currently undergoing a phased roll out of a new service by our provider Royal Voluntary Service (RVS). This roll out is running alongside the previous service. WSCC will fully update these pages in Spring 2014. In the meantime, if you are interested for arranging the service for either yourself or a friend or relative please contact RVS on: 0845 609 0209. RVS will be able to provide you with the most up to date information for every town in the county. This phone number is available from 8.00am-8.00pm Monday-Friday and from 9.00am-5.00pm on Saturday. We also welcome local businesses, providing lunches for staff members, buffets and many other functions such as training days. We currently serve clients in Seaford, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Saltdean, Woodingdean, East Brighton and Lewes encompassing an approximate radius of 10 miles.
