Videos are embedded in blogs, websites and online stores. eCommerce stores with product video reviews produce better conversion rates. This practice has been adopted by brands such as Zappos with 50,000 video product reviews. Competitors emerged such as Vimeo, Hulu and Blip.tv to try and catch the action. It helps that YouTube has been part of the Google stable since 2006 when it was acquired for $1.65 billion only 18 months after starting.

These Categories greatly informed the conceptual and aesthetic foundation and were fused with a graphic design aesthetic heavy in Minimalistic Form and Illuminated Geometry.. These giants are all building “suites” for cross-channel customer engagement through a series of acquisitions and integration with their existing offerings (see Figure 1). Among the pieces, each has bought social media monitoring and management tools, as well as marketing automation players. Having a complete social offering is a big part of this, but it’s also about integrating social with other customer engagement channels for the best data, targeting, and contextualization.
