Meditationes de prima philosophia

Here you will find paradigms for the five noun declensions and four verb conjugations, as well as examples of a number of irregularities. (Yes, pronouns are declined as well.) And examples -- yes lots of examples to help you in your study of Latin grammar and syntax. If you think the four (or five or six) regular verb conjugations are different, you might want to take a look at how similar they are. If you have that suspicion that they are more alike than different, then this is the page for you!

An analytic bibliography of on-line neo-latin titles
The University of California, Irvine The enormous profusion of literary texts posted on the World Wide Web will no doubt strike future historians as remarkable and important. But this profusion brings with it an urgent need for many specialized on-line bibliographies. The present one is an analytic bibliography of Latin texts written during the Renaissance and later that are freely available to the general public on the Web (texts posted in access-restricted sites, and Web sites offering electronic texts and digitized photograpic reproductions for sale are not included). The dictionary is about 39000 entries, as would be counted in an ordinary dictionary. This may generate many hundreds of thousands of 'words' that one can construct over all the declensions and conjugations. The point of this tool is to help in simple translations for a beginning Latin student or amateur. A few hundred prefixes and suffixes further enlarge the range. These will generate tens of thousands of additional words -- some of which are recognized Latin words, some are perfectly reasonable words which were never used by Cicero or Caesar but might have been used by Augustine or some monk at Jarrow, and some are nonsense.
