I would suggest taking another major along with anthro or a maybe a minor. If she is artitistically inclined or into events she might want to try making a living writing either as a journalist or a writer of books. Anthro comes in mighty handy there. If she's interesting in politics she might want to take some Poli sci and get into local or national politics. Good money there. If she really loves the study and gets absorbed by it and wants to learn more and more - she could get her Phd and do research and teach what she discovers. If she really is into money - get her Phd in economics and advise big investment houses. In any case she's going to have to blend and create her career based on her love and her needs.
