A Dead-Simple App For Drawing Cartoon GIFs

A lot of drawing apps had come to the iPad before it, but Paper featured tightly curated controls, with a focus on making the most important aspects of drawing perfect (and just as many automated). If you do know Paper, maybe you’ll understand this statement: Loop is like Paper for animation. So now, you may be wondering, what is Loop? Loop is an iPad app by Universal Everything--the animation studio you might know best for arting Coldplay concerts and Samsung installations. As mentioned above, it’s animation software that’s incredibly, intentionally limited. Typed out, that feature set might sound like a lot. Interestingly enough, though, Loop wasn’t originally made for me or for you. “As our studios output has developed over the years, it has become further detached from the humanist analog qualities of the drawn line.

Manelrives : #NowPlaying SkyWorld by Two... An iPad for every student? - Beloit Daily News: News. The Beloit School District Board of Education is expected to vote Tuesday at a 5:15 p.m. special meeting on whether to implement a 3-year program designed to put an Apple iPad tablet computer in the hands of each student in the district.

Currently, there are about 600 iPads in the district for students to use, according to Beloit School District Assistant Superintendent Lynee Tourdot. The program titled Beloit Ignite would cost $3.5 to $4 million over the three or four years it takes to launch the program. District officials claim the plan could save the schools at least $2.25 million over the same time period because of savings in copier, textbook, paper, and technology support. There is also the potential to resell the iPads once they become outdated. And because computer labs may one day be phased out as part of growing trends in technology, the district suggests savings could be even greater in the long run.
