(to keep - the sauce. to b used with any veg) Everyday Vegetable Stir-Fry. We call this our “everyday” vegetable stir-fry, because all too often, when we’ve got a fridge full of veggies–bits and pieces we haven’t used throughout the week, we pull out this recipe and use whatever vegetables we have on hand to make an easy side dish.
Feel free to use whatever you’ve got in the fridge. If you add some tofu, it can also be a great vegetarian main dish. (to keep) Meatballs In Stewed Tomato Sauce Recipe. Who doesn’t love bacon?
Much better than expected. Around 10- 12 meatballs. Cook less time. Serve with spaghetti alternatively (try next time instead of the rice) A bit too fatty though, too much bacon. keep on searching for better – mammeganna
Here’s a meatball and bacon recipe the whole family will enjoy.

Momo likes it. I don't find them very pleasing. Too much cinnamon not much flavour without the crumble. "Healthy" I would say. Make sure they bake all the way through – mammeganna

(to keep)eggless mango cake recipe, whole wheat eggless mango cake recipe. Eggless mango cake recipe with step by step pics – easy eggless mango cake recipe made with whole wheat flour, fresh mangoes, butter and condensed milk. i have been getting a few requests to post an eggless mango cake since mangoes are in season. i did try making mango cakes many times, but something or the other was always lacking in terms of texture and taste in the cake. i gave a try again and adapted my eggless pound cake recipe for the mango cake. i made this cake twice. first time we just had the cake plain. second time i frosted the cake with a mango mousse icing. since i prefer to make healthy bakes, the entire mango cake is made with whole wheat flour or chapati atta. you can also make the cake with all purpose flour (maida) or half-half of both whole wheat flour and all purpose flour. the cake has a nice aroma of mangoes along with a light, soft texture. there is also the nutty aroma of whole wheat flour in the cake.
Great recipe, but it's better on the day it's made, out of the oven. Dries really fast! Use sweetened mango pulp. Skip the mango mousse topping, doesn't add anything to the recipe. Better without it – mammeganna
