Finales de 2009. Todo y no tener publicada la versión 1.0, ésta ya la teníamos cerrada (Por temas de Marqueting esperamos a su publicación oficial). Unos meses antes Diego había estado en la zona y había conocido y hablado con mucha gente de allí. Una vez en España empezamos a recontactar con aquella gente y todo aquel simpático que nos recibía con una sonrisa y buenas palabras no se dignaba a coger el teléfono o a contestar los mails.
Los inversores con mayores bolsillos suelen tener 2 problemas: Intentan volcar su experiencia en M&A o PE, lo que en el sector del capital riesgo ni es lo mismo ni es igual Los pequeños inversores no tienen experiencia en el sector e intentan sobreprotegerse. Y olvidan la máxima de “ there’s no such thing as standard terms “. Y buscando su protección, planean dejarte sin armas para controlar ellos la empresa con una inversión mínima. Desconocen que sentarse ante un inversor serio para una posterior ronda con un contrato enrevesado es motivo suficiente para ser blackballeado .
