Janaadhar: Making dream homes a reality
Janaadhar Constructions Private Limited is embarking on the first affordable housing project for the unserved population. We are a unique housing company floated by Janalakshmi Social Services, a not-for-profit entity, licenced under Section 25 of the companies Act, 1956, for implementing the affordable housing projects. To address the home-ownership aspirations of the unserved urban population by providing a complete housing solution - cost affordable, high quality housing, along with easily - accessible housing finance. Our first project, located off Hosur Road in Bengaluru will be implemented in two phases. Janaadhar Shubha consists of 1140 housing units comprising 528 units of 400 sq ft apartments and 612 units of 615 sq ft apartments.Energy
