VIZ Media has acquired the license for the original Sailor Moon series, all 200 episodes, 3 feature films, and specials. Starting Monday May 19th, 2014, the first four episodes will be available to stream on NeonAlley.com and Hulu.com, with two new episodes released every Monday afterwards.
Currently, the series will be the original subtitled version, with a new uncut English dub to follow later this year. The full English cast will be announced at Anime Expo on July 5th. VIZ plans to release the series on Blu-Ray and DVD in half-season sets starting in the fall of 2014. VIZ also acquired the license for the new series, Sailor Moon Crystal, which will start airing on NicoNico.com on July 5th.
