We’ve made really good progress since we first announced the project two months ago. Premium keywords (reserved and shorter 3 or 4 char keywords) are more scarce and cost more: $25/kw/mo for short (4-character) keywords and $40/kw/mo for reserved (and 3-character) keywords. A “message” is one SMS message delivered to one individual phone. If you have a group with 20 subscribers and you send an alert to all subscribers, then it would cost 20 message credits.
