Today we’re pleased to announce the first alpha release of the jQuery Mobile project. jQuery Mobile is a user interface framework, built on top of jQuery, designed to simplify the process of building applications that target mobile devices. We’ve made really good progress since we first announced the project two months ago. We’ve created a number of components, layouts, and theming tools to greatly simplify the process of building a mobile application.

Each plan includes a number of “Standard” groups. You can add more groups if you need them at the discounted monthly rates listed in the pricing table. Premium keywords (reserved and shorter 3 or 4 char keywords) are more scarce and cost more: $25/kw/mo for short (4-character) keywords and $40/kw/mo for reserved (and 3-character) keywords. A “message” is one SMS message delivered to one individual phone. If you have a group with 20 subscribers and you send an alert to all subscribers, then it would cost 20 message credits.
