Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre Voted Top Venue in 2012 Winner of ‘best Convention Centre in Asia’ in Mice Report Awards 2012 14 March 2012 The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre has kicked off 2012 in top form and has been awarded ‘Best Convention Centre in Asia’ in the MICE Report Awards 2012. The MICE Report Awards is organised annually by the MICE Report, the ultimate magazine for business travellers, conference organisers and meetings planners. Subscribers of the magazine, which is based in London, sent in their votes in November 2011 for the 2012 awards programme which was held outside Europe for the first time. According to Mr Cliff James, Editor, the MICE Report, “Subscribers were influenced by important factors including capacity, facility and service, and based on their own experience at the various convention centres listed in the respective categories.
