Ikea. Lighting. Modern Home. I've been a longtime fan of the designs from the Iittala Group of Finland but their collection of abstract glass bird sculptures by various artists made my heart flutter.
Each collectible bird is a unique work of art and are mouth-blown in Iittala's glass factory in Nuutajärvi. These birds are from Finnish artist and designer Anu Penttinen: Birds below by professor Oiva Toikka, one of the great names of Finnish design: StylishHome.
