Suis-je vieillissant ou de plus en plus attentif au respect émanant des entreprises avec lesquelles je suis en contact obligé et permanent. Je me souviens de ce constat déjà ancien de Tom Peters dans son best-seller, Le Prix de l'Excellence : 70% des clients quittent une entreprise, non pas parce que le service ou le produit ne conviennent pas ou qu'ils n'en n'ont plus les moyens mais bien parcequ'ils ont le sentiment de ne pas avoir été considérés. La hausse des dépenses contraintes (téléphonie, internet, mutuelle, pass-autoroute, assurances, ...) et donc de l'économie du prélèvement amène à penser l'importance croissante du respect. Les entreprises n'ont plus à nous séduire mais à nous assurer chaque jour de leur respect. Dis autrement la relation commerciale ne s'achève pas au paiement comme avec l'achat d'un produit mais au contraire commence au passage en caisse. Un exemple relevé cette semaine :
