Carrabba’s House Salad Dressing (Creamy Parmesan) Here’s another one from the new restaurant recipe cookbook. I was a little leery of this one, since we HATE Carrabba’s. But I don’t think I had evil thoughts about their salad, so I decided to give this one a try. As you can see by the recipe, it’s really easy to make and doesn’t include alot of ingredients. In the notes for it, they say that if you don’t have buttermilk that regular milk is fine.

I used Silk plain soymilk instead and it tasted great. **Edited 7/8/13: I gave Carrabba’s another chance and now we actually really like them! We've given you recipes in the past for dashi soup stock and miso soup. And don't forget — this makes a splendid breakfast too! Salad in a Jar – SRC

There are a ton of us in this, not so secret club, now. It’s rad! I look forward to ‘reveal day’ every month to see all the fantastic recipes that have been made. And quite honestly, I also look forward to seeing who got my blog. Of aaaaall the recipes they could have picked, why THAT one? So then, why do I chose the recipes I do? After reading pretty much every tidbit on Denise’s blog I concluded she’s an amazing woman, mom and wife. One of the great things about the SRC club is you can modify the recipe you choose.
