It's called "The Eyes of Autumn" and appeared originally on the cover of a fantasy role playing magazine. Later I saw it on the cover of one of David Drake's novels, Old Nathan about a Tennessee Cunning Man. The artist is one of my all time favorite fantasy artists by the name of Larry Elmore and you can find this piece and many others at his site. I'm ordering a full size reproduction from him in the very near future to hang on the wall of my Temple Room near the one I have of Frank Frazetta.
