Honestly, it's been a project that's been a couple years in the works! Can you believe that? I think with a new baby, I needed the structure that my binder will provide. It's funny how often I refered to the printables I made even before I printed them!! I'm so excited about this binder!! So do you want to see my binder? I picked up this pretty binder at Target just a couple of weeks ago when we went to visit my family. I decided to call my binder an "Our Life: Binder". After the cover page, I created a Daily Schedule. Our Daily Home Blessings. This portion of my binder took a few weeks to complete. [Blogger is being ridiculous with their formatting so sorry if this gets a little wonky on you. The next page is dedicated to Birthdays and Special Events. I purchased some dividers to insert inbetween each section on my binder. My next section is dedicated to our Emergency Information.

It's a quick and easy present to make. Does it look familiar? That's right. It's the same shape as the fabric basket I made for the Typography Challenge. Today I'll show you how to make your own fabric basket, which measures 6" x 6" x 3". Materials: 2 pieces 10 inches x 8 inches - main colour for the outside of the bag2 pieces 10 inches x 8 inches - contrast colour for the lining2 pieces 10 inches x 8 inches - interfacing I used a medium to heavy weight, woven sew-in interfacing, but you could substitute this with a different weight interfacing, with iron-on interfacing or with batting. Instructions: All seams are 3/8" (1cm), unless otherwise indicated. Outside of bag - sew front to back: I sew the interfacing to the fabric, before I sew, to stop any movement. Sew the interfacing to the wrong side of each outside piece of fabric. Making the box corner: Sewing the lining:

Happy Spring !! Yes, our Christmas tree turned Valentine tree, turned Easter tree is still alive and kicking in our kitchen. I wonder how long I can keep it going ... For a Spring welcome, I wrapped it in pink and white mesh, along with a striped pastel ribbon. I then added lots of fun and budget-friendly ornaments, like this cute bunny, with a head full of feathers (from Pier One)! And, this sweet bunny in a basket, from Michael's. A carrot with fun feathers (also from Pier One) ... I flanked the tree with a couple of ceramic bunnies that I had on hand ... this one reminding you to "see no evil" ... annnnnd, the other reminding you to "speak no evil," either. I filled our handy canisters with yummy Easter treats: And, over on the other counter, added another splash of Easter: Love this little, pink bunny from Michael's, who is nestled on shredded book pages (although, admittedly, I feel as though I'm suffocating him under the glass cloche) ...

Ok so here is the deal It’s not the cost .It’s the savings! There are some other things to consider here in the next 30 years or 360 months are you ever going to refinance or take out a second mortgage maybe one of those handy low interest equity lines to pay for a few dream vacations or toys . Here is a real life problem. Plus its beach front property where ever you go:) Now wouldn’t it be wise to learn to build your own micro house ? These photos show the detail of the roof framing and sheathing this is a gambrel or barn type roof system .It has more volume of space in it than a gable or A type roof.
